Choose from 25 clear top tent sizes, ranging from compact 12×12 tents for 20 guests to 50×100 tents accommodating up to 500 guests. Current rental prices start at $675, with larger options priced up to $10,000. Each product listing shows its footprint and estimated seating capacity so you can compare options quickly.
Clear-top tents are frame-based and must be properly secured by staking or weights. Sidewalls, cathedral-window walls, lighting and heaters are available as add-ons of applicable sizes. Because clear vinyl has specific temperature limitations, confirm weather conditions and installation requirements when requesting your quote.
Not sure which size fits your guest count, tables, dance floor or site? Our team can help you select the right tent and review delivery, setup, anchoring, accessories and site requirements.

FAQs
It depends on guest count, seating arrangement, and whether you need space for a dance floor, buffet, bar, or other event features. B&B Tent Rental offers sizes from 12 × 12 feet (20 guests) through 50 × 100 feet (416–500 guests). For example, a 30 × 40-foot tent accommodates approximately 96–120 guests, while a 40 × 80-foot tent accommodates approximately 256–320 guests.
No. B&B Tent Rental states that tents do not include sidewalls or lighting, but applicable products offer these as add-ons. Options include white sidewalls, cathedral-window walls, globe lights, and bistro or string lighting.
Yes. B&B Tent Rental’s clear-top products are identified as frame tents and state that they must be secured by staking or weights. If the site cannot be staked, ask B&B Tent Rental about the appropriate weight package.
They provide overhead shelter, but weather, temperature, anchoring, and site conditions still affect whether a tent can be safely installed. B&B Tent Rental currently states that its clear-top tents should not be installed when temperatures are expected to fall below 35°F. Confirm the applicable weather policy for your event date when booking.
Yes. Depending on the tent size, B&B Tent Rental offers accessories such as heaters, lighting, sidewalls, and other event equipment. Review the individual tent listing or ask the B&B Tent Rental team to build the appropriate package for your event.
B&B Tent Rental’s current customer reviews frequently reference delivery, setup, and pickup or breakdown service. Exact services, timing, and site requirements can vary, so confirm what is included for your location when requesting a quote.
A clear-top tent uses transparent clear-vinyl roofing on a frame structure, creating an unobstructed view of the sky. Sailcloth tents use translucent fabric and typically have a different pole-supported design and appearance. If you prefer a clear roof and open-sky effect, compare B&B Tent Rental’s clear-top collection rather than assuming a sailcloth tent is the same product.
