This 20×30 clear tent gives you 600 sq ft under a see-through vinyl roof on a white frame. There are no poles in the middle, so the floor stays open for 48 to 60 seated guests. The tent can be staked into grass or held down with weights on a patio or driveway. Rental starts at $1,095.
What Fits in 600 Square Feet
We plan about 10 sq ft for each seated guest and about 5 sq ft for each standing guest. In a 20 x 30 tent, that works out to:
- Seated dinner: 48 to 60 guests, or about 6 to 7 round tables of eight.
- Cocktail party: up to about 120 standing guests.
- Mixed layout: fewer tables, with space left for a buffet, bar or small dance floor.

Staking or Weights
Every frame tent has to be secured. On grass, we stake it into the ground. On pavement, or anywhere stakes can’t go, choose the weights add-on ($336). The weights come with block covers. If you need weights, select them when you order.
If the tent will be staked, call 811 before setup so underground lines can be marked.
