I hired B&B for our 50th college reunion event at Princeton. There were some disconnects on logistics and communications at both delivery and pick-up. After the event, the customer service team contacted me, wanted to hear what happened, and offered me a partial refund, which I accepted. I appreciate their interest in following up and giving me a partial refund.

Incredibly easy to work with B&B. We rented chairs and tables for a day after the wedding gathering so we were not home for the delivery and pick up. The delivery and pickup were seamless. Great company to deal with.

Using B&B was a magical experience. Our backyard was transformed into a spring themed party grounds. The pictures are glamorous.
When the time came for the tent to be collapsed, it was like Cinderella’s coach turned back into a pumpkin.
The bright white palace back into a motley patch of grass.
We rented a tent, tables, and tablecloths, lights obviously.
Seamless. Amazing to work with. Super helpful. Wonderful customer service. Using B & B was a dream.
