Ceremony and Reception Under One Roof
At 124 feet long, this sailcloth tent has room for more than one part of the day. Here’s one way to use the length:
- Ceremony at one rounded end: rows of chairs facing the curve, with an aisle down the middle.
- Cocktail hour in the middle: high tops and a bar while the ceremony area is turned over.
- Reception through the straight section: dinner tables where the full 44 ft width is available.
- Dancing at the far end: the second rounded end holds the dance floor and band or DJ.
With a ceremony and dance floor inside, plan for fewer than the full 480 seats at dinner. If it’s dinner only, the tent can seat up to 480.
Figuring Out Farm Tables for a Sail Cloth Tent
If you’re figuring out farm tables for a sail cloth tent this long, run the long tables in rows down the straight section, where the width is full, and keep the rounded ends for open areas like the bar, lounge or dance floor. Leave aisles between rows for guests and catering staff. We carry table rentals and designer table rentals, so if you have a farm table style in mind, include it in your quote request.
