At 12,000 sq ft, the 60×200 is the largest century pole tent we list by floor area. It’s 60 feet wide and 200 feet long, seats 900 to 1,200 guests, and rises from 8 ft sides to a 25 ft center under a white tensioned top. It goes on grass only. The 60×200 tent rental is $15,000.

Built for the Biggest Events
A 60 x 200 tent covers more ground than most venues. That makes it the size for events where the guest list runs into the thousands or the program needs several spaces at once:
- Large weddings: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing for over 900 guests on one lawn.
- Festivals and fairs: vendor rows, seating, a beer garden and a stage under one roof.
- Corporate events: company-wide picnics, product launches and award dinners.
- Fundraisers and galas: a seated dinner, auction tables and a dance floor in separate zones.
- Community and school events: graduations, reunions and town celebrations.
Splitting 200 Feet Into Zones
At 200 feet long, the tent can hold several parts of an event in a row. One way to lay it out:
| Zone | Length | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Entrance | About 30 ft | Check-in, bars and cocktail tables |
| Main floor | About 110 ft | Dinner tables or vendor rows |
| Center | About 30 ft | Dance floor or open area |
| Far end | About 30 ft | Stage, band or DJ |
Plan around the center poles, which run down the middle. They make natural spots for bars, food stations and lighting.
60×200 Tent Rental Cost
The 60×200 is $15,000, about $12.50 to $16.70 per seated guest. Our 60 ft wide century tents are all priced at the same $1.25 per sq ft, so this is the same rate as a 60 x 60 tent rental, just over a longer floor.
| 60 ft wide century tent | Floor area | Seated guests | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60×60 | 3,600 sq ft | 288 to 360 | $4,500 |
| 60×100 | 6,000 sq ft | 480 to 600 | $7,500 |
| 60×120 | 7,200 sq ft | 576 to 720 | $9,000 |
| 60×200 | 12,000 sq ft | 900 to 1,200 | $15,000 |
Delivery is quoted from your address and includes setup and pickup. A rental covers about 3 days. No add-ons are listed for this tent on our site, so ask about lighting, heaters and flooring when you request a quote.
60×200 or 80×100?
Both are our largest century tents. The 60×200 is long and narrow, and the 80×100 is wide and shorter:
| Compare | 60×200 | 80×100 |
|---|---|---|
| Floor area | 12,000 sq ft | 8,000 sq ft |
| Seated guests | 900 to 1,200 | 700 to 800 |
| Grass area needed | 70 x 210 ft | 90 x 110 ft |
| Price | $15,000 | $16,500 |
If your lawn is long enough, the 60×200 seats more guests for less. If your site is closer to square, see the 80×100 on our century pole tent page, which also lists every century tent size.
Planning Lights and Weather
A tent this size usually needs its own plan for lighting and heat. String lights along the full 200 feet keep the space bright after dark, and heaters help on a cool spring or fall night. We carry lighting, heaters and flooring, and we can quote them with the tent. Share your event schedule and expected weather window when you ask for a quote, so the plan fits the season.
Grass Only: 70 x 210 Feet
All pole tents must be installed on grass only, with an additional 5 feet of grass on each of the four sides. For a 60×200 tent, that’s a clear grass area at least 70 feet wide and 210 feet long, free of trees, structures and garden beds. Fields, farms, parks and large estate lawns are the kind of sites with that much open grass.
Call 811 before setup to have underground lines marked, and check with your town about a tent permit. For a tent this size, a site visit ($250, credited when you book) is the best way to confirm the space. If you can’t meet the grass requirement, choose a frame tent.
Smaller Century Tent Rentals
Not every event needs 1,200 seats. For up to 600 guests, the 60×100 century tent is $7,500. For up to 720, the 60×120 century tent is $9,000.
Looking for a 200 Sq Ft Tent?
If you searched for a 200 sq ft tent, you’re likely after something much smaller. The 60×200 is 200 feet long, not 200 square feet. For 200 sq ft of floor, the 10×20 frame tent seats 16 to 20 and starts at $500. We also don’t list a 200 ft by 200 ft tent; the 60×200 is our longest century tent.
